LIST OF JOURNAL IN ISI WEB OF SCIENCE / SCOPUS
The newest list of scholarly and scientific journals indexed in Scopus was published in June, 2014 and is available to download in Excel format here. The list also includes more than 2930 of open access journals. However, it’s worth keeping in mind that not all open access journals indexed in Scopus are included in Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) because some of them are hybrid open access journals, but not fully open access journals.
DOAJ consists of only pure open access journals which are defined as peer-reviewed journals that cover scientific or scholarly subject and do not charge readers or their institutions for the access. As a mandatory for a journal to be included in the directory, every one of them must support the rights of the users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of their articles. Moreover, all the content (not just some parts) of the journals must be freely available and have an open access without any delay status (e.g. with no embargo period).
An open access journals titles’ list in Web of Science is available here. The new redesigned platform of Web of Science (Thomson Reuters), released in 2014, offers for the users many useful enhancements, including the Open Access refine option and the Open Access indicating icon displayed on the Journal Information Overlay for Web of Science journals.
Data of the year 2013 are updated in both, Web of Science and Scopus databases.
It is important to mention that Vilnius University Library subscribes to the following databases from the Web of Science Core Collection:

- Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI);
